What does a site manager do?
Oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a wind farm, ensuring that turbines are functioning efficiently and safely. Coordinates with technicians, supervises project teams, and manages site logistics and budgets.
What qualifications are required?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing construction or industrial sites, with knowledge of wind turbine installation and operations
- Familiarity with site safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Salary expectations
